The Olsens had their break on the hitseries Full House and later built their Dualstar Empire with direct to videos, movies, books, music and tween fashion. Recently the girls started to go seperate ways in their projects, with Mary-Kate taking an interest in acting and starring in projects as Weeds and The Wackness, while Ashley is the driving force behind their high-end fashion line The Row and Elizabeth and James. Both girls currently work hard on their fashion lines, and have recently joined the highly respected CFDA.

Mary-Kate And Ashley Olsen Will Launch New Fashion Website, Style Mint

Despite their age The Olsens are one of the few evergreen, legitimate fashion icons since the days when Venti Starbucks cupswas a must-have summer accessory. They’ve ventured online before with their e-commerce sites for The Row, but now with StyleMint, they’re doing online content, but with a twist. Just like JewelMint, the Kate Bosworth-backed monthly jewelry club that sends you a new pretty bauble each month, StyleMint will do the same with Olsen-designed fashions starting at $29.99. After taking a personality and style quiz, the site will recommend purchase selections that the user can either buy into (or not buy into) each month. This will be the fifth line the Olsens will design. As for parent company BeachMint, they plan to expand their repertoire into monthly clubs including beauty, footwear, home, and wellness.
